Knoxville, Tennessee (December 13, 2007):  Girl Scouts of Tanasi Council has just received an $8,500 grant from the AT&T Foundation to support online training for volunteers.

Tanasi Council Girl Scouts take “The World in Our Hands” at eco-badge workshop

 

Knoxville, Tennessee (October 22, 2007):  Girl Scouts of Tanasi Council have the opportunity for exciting badge-work at the Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge.  Experts from the Knoxville Zoo will show girls animals affected by global warming, polar scientists will share the most recent research, and girls will create a meadow of native plants.
