Building tomorrow's leaders

Welcome to the new Girl Scout Leadership Experience.  Girl Scouts has always been the world’s preeminent organization for girls.  Throughout history, Girl Scouts have taken the lead at home, in their neighborhoods, in their nation and across the world, guided by the values of the Girl Scout Promise and Law.  Those values are the heart of the new Girl Scout Leadership Experience from Girl Scouts of the USA.  As girls grow through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, they discover their own beliefs and values, consider ethical aspects of situations and remain committed to community service.

The Girl Scout Leadership Experience offers essential tools to girls of all ages and provides consistent pathways to engage all Girl Scouts, whether through troops or as individuals.  Girls may join at any level, at any age, whether with a leader or a parent.  As they grow in Girl Scouts, girls participate in Journeys, or explorations of leadership.  They can also follow Pathways, or participation activities, during their explorations.  Through both types of activities, Girl Scouts discover themselves, connect with others, and take action to make the world a better place.
