Camp Tanasi

Welcome to the great outdoors 

Girl Scout Camp Tanasi encompasses 461 acres of scenic wooded property near Norris, Tennessee.  Amenities include a waterfront program area, pool, cabins and tents, an active horseback program, a climbing tower and a challenge course.

Girl Scouts can use our camp for day visits and events, overnight troop camping, service unit encampments and our highly popular summer resident camp.

Whether your girls are experienced campers or excited about their first trip away from home, being together outdoors is a wonderful troop or individual experience.  Outdoor outings help girls develop independence and practice good decision making skills.  The outdoor program category covers all program activities that focus on building outdoor skills and developing an appreciation for the outdoors.
