The Girl Scout MuseumThe Girl Scout Museum at Daisy's Place is owned and operated by Girl Scouts of Tanasi Council, Inc. The museum has a collection of memorabilia representing almost a century of Girl Scouting in East Tennessee and is named for Juliette "Daisy" Gordon Low, the founder of Girl Scouting. The collection contains early uniforms, badges, camping gear and dolls, including a one-of-a-kind Girl Scout doll once exhibited at the Smithsonian. Additional displays include the history of Girl Scout Cookies, international Girl Scout and Girl Guide items, and depictions of early Girl Scout history in Knoxville, Tennessee and across the United States.
