Watch history in the making at the 51st National Girl Scout Convention and Council Meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

This year's event will take place October 30 - November 2, 2008.

Enjoy the convention as an official visitor without the responsibilities of a delegate. Any registered Girl Scout may attend.

Official visitor status to a national convention allows access to the auditorium so that you may watch the proceedings and enjoy the guest speakers and ceremonies.  This is a great way to experience the convention, exhibit hall and other aspects of this exciting event. 

Official visitors must register for the meeting through the council office and are responsible for their own expenses.  Expenses to attend as an official visitor include a registration fee plus transportation, hotel, food and incidentals. The registration fee for adults (18 and older) is $245 and the registration fee for girls (ages 14-17) is $175.

Registrations must be in the council office by July 15, 2008.
